Roots

Located in Sterling, Virginia, Park View High School is a Title 1 school serving a majority-minority community of hard-working and bright students. The Class of 2019 wants to be a catalyst for progress and opportunity in the community they grew up in. Everyone deserves access to further education.

Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Students from Park View bring unique perspective and life experience to the table. They simply need support in bringing these traits to institutions of higher education. This scholarship is one way the class of 2019 aims to support those that are next in line to become our leaders, our teachers, and our role models.

Mission

Park View High School has bred many successful and passionate alumni over the past 40+ years and former Patriots will always support the school they graduated from and the people they grew up with.

The young alumni of Park View High School are already making waves in the world outside the walls of PVHS. With this success comes the responsibility to ensure that future generations have the best possible chance of success in their own paths. The Park View Class of 2019 Scholarship Fund is a Non-Profit organization that awards an annual scholarship to 1 student exemplifying the spirit of a Park View Patriot and the traits that will allow them to represent the Patriots well in their future community.
